One-on-One Meeting Schedule
Your meetings with buyers will take place during the following time frames in a private conference room at the Hilton Anaheim, which is adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center. This is a new location for us this year! It is much easier logistically for participants to access, but is still right in the center of all the Expo West event.
Please arrive 20 minutes early to set up. The changeover between the early bird and morning meetings is tight, so please note that we will rotate you into the room as soon as your table is available.

Make the Most of Your Meetings
To help you maximize your time with the buyers during your meetings, we are preparing market guides for each individual participating country that are filled with tips and suggestions. We will post the guides here in January, 2018.
WUSATA Tips - Meeting Foreign Buyers
Buyer Profiles
Prior to the start of NPEW, we will provide a buyer company summary to help you begin researching the companies that will be joining us. Additional contact details for the individual buyers will be distributed at the event. Per WUSATA’s policy, we do not distribute direct contact information prior to an event. We will send the buyer company summary to registered companies in January, 2018.
Badges
Due to our new conference room location at the Anaheim Hilton, you DO NOT need an Expo West attendee badge to participate in the WUSATA activities.
WUSATA is not able to provide attendee badges into the trade show in 2018. You are responsible for ordering your own badge if you want to access the Expo West show floor.
- Non-exhibiting companies that are classified as distributors or retailers can register for a free trade show entry badge at www.expowest.com through February 2, 2018.
- Other non-exhibiting companies will be offered a 50% discount for an OPTIONAL entry badge. We have a special promo code that registered companies can use to order badges online. Contact the WUSATA Expo West Coordinator for the code.
