The Nevada Department of Agriculture’s (NDA) Global Trade and Economic Development staff works with Nevada-based growers, food producers and manufacturers to help them enter foreign markets and/or increase their export sales. Efforts are reinforced with six trade representatives in four countries, and nearly two dozen honorary consuls spanning the globe.
The state’s export marketing activities include everything from identifying and targeting business sectors to matching qualified buyers and sellers, as well as working with WUSATA to conduct trade missions, workshops, buyers’ missions, and trade shows.
