2019 Canada Nursery Inbound Trade Mission to WA, AK, HI

The Washington State, Alaska State and Hawaii State Departments of Agriculture in cooperation with WUSATA, will be coordinating participation in the following activity:

Canada Nursery Inbound Mission to Washington, Alaska, & Hawaii - August 1-8, 2019

Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in an Inbound Trade Mission to meet with Canadian Nursery Buyers. The activity will include one-on-one meetings with qualified buyers such as importers, distributors, and garden center retailers. Participants will be able to meet and showcase the products in person to the buyers. The participants will also be able to gain knowledge and information from WUSATA's in market representative about Nursery market growing trends in Canada. 

Nursery suppliers originating outside of Canada are unfamiliar with the distribution channels of retailers and qualified importers, and often do not understand the complexities of entering a foreign marketplace; therefore, it is important to work with those suppliers, which are either export ready or interested in becoming export ready. We will introduce Western US suppliers to Canadian buyers through WUSATA’s nursery inbound buying mission to WA State, HI State, and AK State to impact the key target audiences in Canada.
