EU Seafood Inbound Mission

WUSATA is hosting a delegation of six European seafood importers in Oregon and Washington from September 27–October 2, 2026.

This invite-only inbound trade mission is the final phase of a market development program designed to expand export opportunities for U.S. West Coast seafood in Europe. Following a series of masterclasses introducing European buyers to lesser-known, underutilized, and emerging West Coast seafood species, along with in-person meetings at Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona, qualified buyers will travel to the Pacific Northwest to continue building relationships with U.S. suppliers.

During the mission, buyers will tour seafood processing facilities, meet one-on-one with seafood sales professionals, and explore sourcing opportunities with the goal of developing long-term import partnerships and increasing exports of U.S. West Coast seafood.

Itinerary

• Sept. 27 – Buyers arrive in Portland, OR

• Sept. 29 – Bay Center and Ilwaco, WA; Astoria, OR
• Sept. 30 – Astoria, OR
• Oct. 1 – Portland, OR
• Oct. 2 – Buyers return to Europe
