Inbound Mission

Event Details

The Western U.S. Agricultural Trade Association (WUSATA®), and the 13 Western State Departments of Agriculture, announce participation and registration in the following activity, which is brought to you by the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service:

Europe Specialty Grains, Edible Beans Inbound Trade Mission to ID, MT ~ Great Falls, Montana May 29 & 30 - Boise, Idaho June 1 & 2

This inbound mission brings knowledgeable buyers of specialty grains and beans to meet with potential suppliers. Past inbound missions have been effective in connecting EU buyers and our sellers.

Europe purchased over $1 billion in grains and pulses from the U.S. in 2013. This will be an excellent opportunity for Western U.S. companies to meet one-on-one with qualified importers and distributors. Companies are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to network and establish contacts with key buyers from the region.

Benefits of Participating in this Activity:

  • Meet one-on-one with pre-qualified buyers from Europe
  • Showcase your products and learn about buyer preferences
  • Develop or expand your sales into Europe

Cost of Participation:  $20 "per company"

Meeting times are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis; early registration is recommended.

Participating companies are encouraged to be export-ready, bring samples and product lists, and be prepared to discuss pricing.
